During a period of recent exploration and growth, Oadby Trinity has become committed to being ‘A Church for all at the heart of the community'. Our proximity to the University of Leicester, coupled with the boroughs plans to develop Oadby as a student area, sees the appointment of our minister, Revd Mark Cheetham, as the Methodist Chaplain to the University of Leicester.

Our aims are to provide a focus for Methodist (and other) students as well as other ‘non-student' young adults of a similar age; encouraging and supporting them in their faith. It is a brand new area for us and we are looking to develop an informal and friendly format. This may perhaps include meeting at Trinity after the morning service, the meeting could be led by one of the group; sometimes by a visiting speaker; or perhaps the visiting Preacher at the morning service. Should we eat together?
